Rebecca’s Laundry offers standard next-day service ($1/LB.) and premium same-day service ($2/LB.). The timing of pickups and drop-offs depends on the service speed selected.
NEXT-DAY SERVICE ($1/LB.)
If you place your order before 3 pm, your laundry will be picked up before 8 pm that day and delivered completely by 8pm the following day.
If you place your order after 3 pm, your laundry will be picked up before 8 pm the following day and delivered completely by 8 pm one day after that.
Of course, we try to provide as prompt service as possible, so pick-up and drop-off often occur well before our deadlines.
If your order happens to be over 100 pounds, we’ll need an extra day to deliver completed.
Immediately after your order is assigned, your Laundry Pro will message you with an approximate pickup time, usually within a couple of hours of placing your order.
You can also message your Laundry Pro and inquire about their schedule or coordinate pick-up and drop-off times.
SAME-DAY SERVICE ($2/LB.)
Same-day service orders must be placed before 10 am. Pickup occurs by 2 pm, and delivery by 8 pm. Same-day service does not allow for hang-dry. Also, there’s a weight limit of 60 pounds.
